When you sign up for Flint, we collect your email address and trade type (plumber or electrician). When you use the platform, we process the job notes, customer details, and other content you provide to generate AI responses.
We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which has its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
Your data is used solely to provide the Flint service: generating quotes, review responses, customer replies, and trade reference answers. We use your email to send transactional messages (account setup, billing receipts) and occasional product updates. You can opt out of product updates at any time.
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our product. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
Your personal information and job content are never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than delivering Flint to you. Full stop.
Supabase — stores your account data and usage history in a secure PostgreSQL database.
Vercel — hosts the application. No persistent data is stored at the edge layer.
Anthropic — provides the AI that powers Flint's responses. Content you submit is processed by Anthropic's API under their data processing terms.
Lemon Squeezy — processes payments. We never see or store your card details.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a data request, email privacy@ask-flint.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
