Flint is an AI-powered assistant for self-employed tradespeople — electricians and plumbers. It helps with quoting, customer replies, review responses, social content, and trade reference questions. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Flint is designed for professionals in the trades. You must be 18 or older and use the service for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Flint is billed monthly at $29/month for the Pro plan. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
The Free plan includes 20 AI messages at no charge. No credit card is required to get started.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We will not charge you for any period after you cancel.
To cancel, go to your account settings or email hello@ask-flint.com. We respond within one business day.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period and will not be charged again. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, technical errors on our end), please email hello@ask-flint.com within 7 days and we will review your case. Refunds granted at our discretion.
You own all content you input into Flint — job notes, customer details, and anything else you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for delivering the service to you. We do not use your content to train shared AI models or share it with other users.
You agree to use Flint only for legitimate trade business purposes. You may not use Flint to generate misleading quotes, harass customers, or produce content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Flint uses AI to generate content. Always review AI output before sending it to a customer. We are not responsible for errors in quotes, code references, or any content generated by the platform. Trade decisions remain yours.
Flint is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
