Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Flint Pro is billed monthly at $29/month. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period and will not be charged again.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — duplicate charges, billing errors on our end, or technical failures that prevented you from accessing the service — we will review refund requests made within 7 days of the charge. Email hello@ask-flint.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day.

Free plan

The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@ask-flint.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
